4. Total Payable by Buyer: The calculator then determines the total amount the buyer needs to pay. It divides the transaction fee equally between the buyer and the seller. The buyer pays the purchase amount plus half of the transaction fee.
   
   
5. Total Receivable by Seller: Simultaneously, the calculator calculates the total amount the seller will receive. The seller receives the purchase amount minus half of the transaction fee.
